Community Kitchens

We partner with local soup kitchens to provide regular, nutritious meals to children in vulnerable situations, supporting their development and promoting food security within their families.

Our Community Dining Programs are at the heart of our work in Tunuyán, where we support five dedicated soup kitchens: Santa Bernardita, Corazoncitos Valientes, Iluminados, Hora Feliz, and Rincón de Amor. These community-led spaces are lifelines for hundreds of children who rely on them not only for a plate of food but also for a sense of care and belonging.

Each week, we help provide balanced, nutritious meals three to four times a week, ensuring that children receive essential nutrients for their physical, cognitive, and emotional development. Yet the impact goes far beyond nutrition. These kitchens create safe, welcoming environments where children feel seen, valued, and supported.
Our approach is rooted in a belief in long-term, holistic change. That’s why we’re expanding our support to meet broader family needs—including access to healthcare, education, safe housing, and employment opportunities. We know that when families are supported, children thrive.

Through close collaboration with local leaders, the Foundation’s work in these dining programs is helping build a more just, caring, and hopeful future—one child and one meal at a time.

Ultimately, our goal is to ensure these children grow into healthy, empowered adults capable of making informed decisions and leading fulfilling lives. Through collaboration with soup kitchens and addressing families’ fundamental needs, the Foundation works towards building a brighter and more equitable future for all.
