After a brief summer recess, our free mobile spay/neuter unit is once again traveling through the rural areas of Tunuyán, bringing critical services to communities where access to veterinary care is limited or nonexistent. This initiative, launched in 2024 through a strategic partnership with the Municipality of Tunuyán, re ects our shared commitment to promoting animal welfare, preventing overpopulation, and improving public health.
In its rst six months of operation—between July and December 2024—our mobile clinic performed over 1,100 sterilizations. These procedures directly bene ted 615 families, impacting a total of 1,521 people, including 424 children. Behind each number is a household that gained peace of mind, a pet that received care, and a community that took one step closer to long-term change.
Now, just one month into its 2025 route, the unit has already completed 224 procedures. This early momentum speaks to the trust we’ve built in the community and the growing awareness around responsible pet ownership.
But the mobile unit is more than just a moving clinic—it’s a vehicle for education, prevention, and empowerment. At each stop, our team not only provides free spaying and neutering, but also shares guidance on animal care, disease prevention, and the importance of coexistence rooted in empathy and respect.
